More than an EXIF remover
EXIF is only one place an image can store extra information. A JPG may also contain XMP publishing records, IPTC captions and credits, Photoshop resource blocks, comments or embedded Content Credentials. ImageHush checks the supported groups it understands and shows them in plain language.

What happens after cleanup?
The original is never overwritten. ImageHush creates a separate file and scans that new copy again. The download is offered only when the supported metadata groups are no longer detected.
What remains outside the tool
Metadata removal cannot hide a face, address, landmark or reflection visible in the picture. It does not remove pixel-level watermarks or change records held by social networks, cloud libraries or other services.
Choose the final sharing copy
Clean the exact file you plan to send. Editing and messaging apps can create new versions, so a file cleaned earlier may not be identical to the copy you eventually share. Keep your original privately if dates, locations or provenance matter.
